Untangle the knots before you start knitting the jumper
A continual review of your current state integration map is vital so that everyone is prepared when change knocks on the door again. Untangling the knots now ahead of a project will save time, money and frustrations later. During feedback sessions you can start to add lots of Level 2 information and possibly some Level 3 information. Be careful not to stray too far down Level 3 rabbit holes as too much information can confuse the situation. Better to abstract this so all stakeholders are taken on the journey. Reviewing and continually discovering more useful paths on the map should become second nature.
